Incorrect Submissions
Tenders should be submitted into the tender box only, and quotations should be submitted into according to the quotation box number and the address stated in the Quotation Form.
The closing of tender boxes and quotation boxes are strictly controlled and performed by different parties on different days. Any incorrect submissions will not be accepted, including but not limited to:
- Quotations submitted into tender boxes
- Tenders submitted into quotation boxes
- Quotations submitted into the wrong quotation box numbers
